Refund Policy

Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are intended to work for Regu Premium once web billing becomes available.

Current status

Regu Premium pricing is currently published for review and planning purposes. Public self-serve checkout is not live yet on this version of the site.

Planned subscription billing

Once billing launches, Regu Premium is expected to be offered as a monthly subscription that renews automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Refund eligibility

After billing goes live, customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial Premium subscription purchase unless a different period is required by applicable law.

Renewal charges may not be refundable after that review window has passed, except where local consumer law says otherwise.

How to request a refund

To request a refund after checkout becomes available, contact support@regu.app with the email used for purchase and any available billing details.

How cancellation is expected to work

Once subscriptions are enabled, users should be able to cancel before the next renewal date. Premium access is expected to continue until the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Payment processing

Approved charges and refunds are expected to be processed through Paddle, Regu's payment provider. Depending on the bank or card issuer, returned funds may take several business days to appear.
