Regu provides tools for personal reflection, journaling, anonymous community statistics, and reviewed community experiences, supported by astrology-based chart calculations, transit timing, and moon phase features for informational and entertainment purposes.

By using Regu, you agree to use the app and website lawfully, respectfully, and only through the interfaces we provide.

Regu does not provide medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, mental health, relationship, career, emergency, or other professional advice. Astrology outputs, timing windows, optional AI-assisted explanations where available, community statistics, and user experiences are interpretive and subjective. They are not predictions, diagnoses, guarantees, or instructions for high-stakes decisions.

You remain responsible for your choices and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure. You agree to provide accurate account information and not to access another person's account or data.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is being used to abuse the service, evade moderation, violate these terms, or create security risk.

Regu may allow users to submit anonymous intensity ratings, daily check-ins, written transit experiences, and natal pattern experiences. Community surfaces are intended for concrete, lived observations, not advice, claims of certainty, or judgments about another person.

Written experiences may be reviewed before appearing publicly. We may approve, reject, edit display metadata, de-identify, remove, or limit distribution of community content where needed for safety, quality, privacy, or legal reasons.

By submitting community content, you grant Regu a non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, analyze, aggregate, and use that content to operate and improve the community features. You retain responsibility for what you submit.

You agree not to submit or attempt to publish content that:

• contains harassment, hate, threats, bullying, sexual content, graphic content, or personal attacks;
• shares personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, exact birth data, social handles, or identifying details about yourself or others;
• gives medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, crisis, or professional advice;
• promotes self-harm, violence, illegal activity, dangerous behavior, or discrimination;
• is spam, advertising, unrelated text, copied text, or automated content;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• tries to identify, track, scrape, or profile anonymous contributors.

Regu provides ways to report community experiences that may violate these terms or our community standards. Where available, users can also hide a contributor or hide reported content from their own view.

Reports are reviewed through moderation tools. We may remove content, keep content, restrict a contributor, reset report status, or take other action we reasonably consider appropriate. Reporting does not guarantee a specific outcome, but we aim to respond to safety concerns in a timely way.

Some features may require premium access, subscriptions, credits, or other paid digital access. Prices, renewal terms, included features, trial details, and cancellation options are shown before purchase in the applicable checkout flow.

iOS in-app purchases are handled through Apple App Store systems. Website checkout, where offered, may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Payment providers may apply their own terms, billing rules, and refund processes. Refund details for website purchases are described in the Refund Policy.

Push notifications are optional. They should not be required for core app use. You can manage notification permissions through iOS settings and any notification controls made available in Regu.

Regu's design, software, text, graphics, branding, datasets, interfaces, and generated product structure are owned by Regu or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, reverse-engineer, or commercially reuse substantial parts of Regu without permission.

Regu may update, improve, limit, remove, or change features, pricing, content, community rules, moderation processes, and availability at any time. The service is provided on an as-available basis and may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regu is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data; loss of profits; emotional distress; or decisions made based on astrology outputs, community experiences, optional AI-assisted explanations where available, or app features.

Use of Regu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, stored, and handled in anonymous community features.
