Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds will work for Regu Premium and other paid digital features when paid access becomes available. Regu Premium is not available for purchase yet, and no payment is collected on this page.
Current purchase status
Regu currently provides free astrology tools and editorial content. Premium access is being prepared, but checkout is not active yet. If no payment has been collected, there is no charge to refund.
When paid access becomes available, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation details, and refund information will be shown before checkout.
Refund window
Once Regu Premium or another paid digital feature is available, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal date.
Refunds are reviewed based on the purchase record, product access status, technical issues, duplicate charges, and applicable consumer protection rules. If a payment is processed through a merchant of record or payment provider, their processing rules and timelines may also apply.
Digital product access
Regu Premium is planned as personalized, software-generated astrology reports and account-based digital tool access. Because digital access can be delivered immediately, refunds may not be available where a paid feature has been fully used, downloaded, exported, or otherwise consumed, unless required by applicable law.
Subscriptions and cancellations
If subscription billing is introduced, users will be able to cancel future renewals according to the checkout and account-management flow available at that time. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous billing periods unless a refund is approved under this policy or required by law.
Technical issues and duplicate charges
If a paid feature cannot be accessed because of a technical issue, contact support so the issue can be investigated. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be approved.
Duplicate charges, accidental double payments, or clear billing errors are eligible for review.

To request a refund, email support@regu.app with the email address used for purchase, the payment date, and a short explanation of the issue.
