One-time Horary purchases
Where offered, a detailed Horary reading is a one-time purchase for one question and its saved chart. It does not grant a subscription, general Premium membership or credits for other questions.
The price and currency are shown before checkout. Whop processes the payment, and Regu authorizes report preparation after verified payment confirmation.
Refund window
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. This request window does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Refunds are reviewed based on the purchase record, product access status, technical issues, duplicate charges, usage of paid digital features, and applicable consumer protection rules. Because payment is processed through Whop, Whop's processing rules, payment records, and timelines may also apply.
Digital product access
Horary readings are personalized digital reports. Before checkout, we ask for your agreement to begin preparing the reading after payment. Refund eligibility takes account of delivery, technical issues, applicable consumer law and the payment provider's process. A refund or payment dispute closes access to the report in Regu.
Account deletion
A Horary purchase has no recurring renewal to cancel. Deleting your Regu account removes access to its readings and starts deletion of their private content. It does not automatically request a refund or delete your Whop account. If a payment completes after you request account deletion, contact support with the payment reference so we can review it without restoring the deleted report.
Technical issues and duplicate charges
If a paid feature cannot be accessed because of a technical issue, contact support so the issue can be investigated. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be approved.
Duplicate charges, accidental double payments, or clear billing errors are eligible for review.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@reguapp.com with the email address used for purchase, the payment date, the Whop payment or order reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
