Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and support requests work for Regu Premium and other paid digital features. Regu Premium is a subscription-based digital astrology software product processed through Whop.

Current purchase status

Regu provides free astrology tools, editorial content, and optional paid premium access. Premium checkout is processed securely through Whop, and premium access is connected to the Regu account used during checkout.

Pricing, renewal terms, cancellation details, and payment confirmation are shown before checkout by the payment provider.

Refund window

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal date.

Refunds are reviewed based on the purchase record, product access status, technical issues, duplicate charges, usage of paid digital features, and applicable consumer protection rules. Because payment is processed through Whop, Whop's processing rules, payment records, and timelines may also apply.

Digital product access

Regu Premium provides personalized, software-generated astrology reports and account-based digital tool access. Because digital access can be delivered immediately, refunds may not be available where a paid feature has been fully used, generated, downloaded, exported, or otherwise consumed, unless required by applicable law.

Subscriptions and cancellations

Users can manage or cancel future subscription renewals through Whop account and order settings. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous billing periods unless a refund is approved under this policy or required by law.

Technical issues and duplicate charges

If a paid feature cannot be accessed because of a technical issue, contact support so the issue can be investigated. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be approved.

Duplicate charges, accidental double payments, or clear billing errors are eligible for review.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@regu.app with the email address used for purchase, the payment date, the Whop order or subscription reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
